ABOUT THE FIRM

Adelphe is an international advisory firm based in Brussels, with practice across Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, and the Maghreb.

We work for entrepreneurs, family offices, and institutions whose business sits across borders - and who need advisors who understand each side as well as the other.

WHAT WE DO

We are a multidisciplinary practice. Our core is business law - corporate structuring, contracts, tax, intellectual property, pre-litigation, and settlement. Around that core we offer strategic consulting, accounting, payroll, domiciliation, and a curated real estate practice. Most of our clients engage us for more than one of these. That is the point.

Two sub-brands extend the firm in directions worth naming separately: Euromaghreb, our dedicated vertical for Europe–Maghreb work, and Salomon, a program of philosophical convenings on counsel and virtue.

HOW WE WORK

Lucidly. We answer the question the client asked, in language the client understands, before offering the broader picture.

Across borders. Our partners and collaborators are native to the jurisdictions they serve. A Moroccan tax question is answered by a Moroccan tax lawyer; a Luxembourg structuring question by a Luxembourg practitioner. Adelphe coordinates; specialists deliver.

Within limits. We are deliberately small. We take the mandates we can serve well, and we say so when we cannot.
